National Patient Care Services is sponsoring custom branded t-shirts for Kaiser Permanente employees who are attending the ANCC National Magnet Conference in New Orleans. Employees can order one t-shirt per person which will be mailed to the address provided on the order. (Providing your home address for mailing is encouraged.) Employees are asked to wear their custom t-shirts at the conference. T-shirt, shipping, and processing fees are covered by National Patient Care Services.

Please note these important requirements:   

1. Employee must be registered to attend the ANCC Conference at the time the t-shirt order is placed

2. One shirt per person can be ordered

3. Employees must use their email address for orders

4. Employees will provide preferred mailing address for shipment – home address is encouraged

5. Confirmation email will be sent to the email address

6. No exchanges or returns will be processed through the vendor, Oaklandish

Use of personal email, duplicate orders, or not being registered for the conference will not be successfully processed. All orders will be processed for shipment during the week of October 7, 2024.
